Canada is now into the final week before the Federal Election is to happen. At this point in the race for Prime Minister it seems as though there is a very tight race for any of the three major parties. Liberals the Progressive Conservatives and the New Democrats Party.
Prime Minister Trudeau called this election because they felt that a majority government was well within the reach of the Liberals with the way they handled the Covid-19 pandemic. I agree they did a great job and very much deserve the support of Canadians to lead us forward for the next 4 years.
However, there are many individuals who feel that they should not have called an election with the 4th way of the pandemic being upon us and the opposition parties have been pushing that as a bad choice of timing.
When it comes to immigration. I am still very much in favor of the Liberals being in power because the growth of Canada very much depends on immigration and the Liberals have a very aggressive platform when it comes to Immigration to Canada.
The Progressive Conservatives do have Immigration on their platform but the current numbers that the Liberals are projecting for all the programs will certainly be decreased with the PC’s in power. You can pretty much be assured of that.
When it comes to the NDP’s well they have never been in power as the leaders of Canada so only if they ever are in as our sitting government would we actually find out how they would handle immigration for Canada.
The next week is vital and many like myself have already gone to vote in the early voting. People like myself have already very much made up our minds on who we feel should lead Canada going forward for the next 4 years.
Get out and vote Canada. If you don’t vote you don’t have a reason to complain about the way the country is run.
