This program was created for the self-employed individual who has the relevant experience in cultural skills and or athletics and your goal is to make a contribution to the cultural or athletic life of Canada.
To be eligible for this program you must have the relevant experience to qualify. You have taken part in cultural or athletic activities at a world class level and have been self-employed in these activities.
You must have at least 2 years’ experience in field and must be within the last 5 years of your application. You do receive more points if you have more years of experience in the area of application.
