On June 6, 2023, British Columbia issued new invitations in the Skilled Worker – International Graduate categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP). In the Tech-targeted draw, BC issued 112 invitations with a minimum score of 90 points.
In the Childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202), the province invited 24 candidates who scored 60 points. In the Healthcare-targeted draw, the province issued 21 invitations. Additionally, fewer than five invitations have been issued for other priority occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104).
The province invited up to 162 candidates with a score of 60-90 points. Including this draw, in 2023, British Columbia has already issued 4,755 invitations.

On June 5, 2023, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held new rounds of invitations in Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream.
The province issued 278 Invitations to Apply to candidates working in the healthcare, educational and financial sectors. The Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) range of candidates who received the Notification of Interest (NOI) from the OINP was 312-487 points.
In addition, the province invited 139 candidates working in tech, trades, or other priority occupations with CRS scores between 348-487. In 2023, Ontario issued 19,198 invitations to eligible candidates under all streams of the OINP.

On June 1, 2023, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In round #181, the MPNP held a new occupation-specific candidate selection under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM) stream and invited 262 applicants who scored 607 points and above.
Manitoba also issued 240 LAAs in the regular SWM draw. The minimum score for the LAA in this category was 669 points, 32 points fewer than the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, MPNP issued 31 LAAs to candidates invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
The lowest score in the SWO category was 801 points, 80 points more than in the previous draw. In addition, 56 invitations were issued in the International Education Stream.
Manitoba has issued LAAs to 589 candidates, including 214 Express Entry candidates for this round. In 2023, MPNP invited 6,122 candidates, and 1,594 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

On May 31, 2023, the City of Greater Sudbury held a new round of invitations in the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP).
In this round, Sudbury considered 24 candidates.
The lowest score of these draws was 260 points, the same as in the previous draw.
Last year, Sudbury invited a total of 154 applicants.
Since the program's launch, the city has recommended at least 321 individuals under the RNIP. So far, the city has considered 121 candidates in 2023.
