On September 26, 2023, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted an invitation draw under the Human Capital Priorities Stream.
The OINP issued 1,696 targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates with work experience in healthcare occupations. Invited candidates' CRS Express Entry score was between 350 and 462 points.
This year, the province has invited 14,091 candidates through twelve Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream draws. In 2023, Ontario issued 34,696 invitations under all streams of OINP.

On September 26, 2023, British Columbia issued new invitations in the Skilled Worker – International Graduate categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).
In the Tech-targeted draw, BC issued 127 invitations with a minimum score of 90 points. In the Childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202), the province invited 49 candidates who scored 60 points.
In the Healthcare-targeted draw, the province issued 28 invitations. In addition, the province invited up to five candidates for other priority occupations (NOCs 31003, 32104).
The province invited up to 209 candidates with a score of 60-90 points. Including this draw, in 2023, British Columbia has already issued 7,852 invitations.

On September 21, 2023, Prince Edward Island held new draws under the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). PEI PNP invited 153 candidates in the Labour Impact and Express Entry streams.
Another four invitations were sent to Business Impact Category candidates. The lowest score for the business candidates was 80. In total, PEI issued 157 invitations in this round.
The next draw is scheduled for October 5, 2023. Since the beginning of 2023, the PEI PNP issued 2,018 invitations.
Among them, 52 invitations were under the Business Impact Category, and 1,966 were under the Labour Impact and Express Entry categories.

On September 21, 2023, the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) held the seventh round of invitations in Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream.
In this round, the OINP issued 63 Invitations to Apply for the Francophone candidates. The Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) range of candidates who received the Notification of Interest from the OINP was between 348 and 434 points.
The Express Entry profiles of the candidates were created between September 21, 2022, and September 21, 2023. In 2023, Ontario invited 1,490 FSSW candidates.
