On November 16, 2023, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In round #200, the MPNP held a new occupation-specific candidate selection under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM) stream and invited 92 applicants.
Manitoba also issued 100 LAAs in the regular SWM draw.
The minimum score for the LAA in this category was 809 points, 24 points more than the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, MPNP issued 48 LAAs to candidates invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
The lowest score in the SWO category was 721 points, 13 points more than in the previous draw. In addition, 61 invitations were issued in the International Education Stream.
In this round, Manitoba has issued LAAs to 301 candidates, including 69 Express Entry candidates.
In 2023, MPNP invited 14,182 candidates, and 3,804 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

On November 8, 2023, the City of Greater Sudbury held a new round of invitations under the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) Program.
In this round, Sudbury considered 30 candidates. The lowest score of these draws was 255 points, 20 points more than in the previous draw. Last year, Sudbury invited a total of 154 applicants.
Since the program's launch, the city has recommended around 550 individuals under the RNIP. So far, the city has considered 442 candidates in 2023.

On November 7, 2023, British Columbia issued new invitations in the Skilled Worker – International Graduate categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).
In the Tech-targeted draw, BC issued 104 invitations with a minimum score of 94 points. In the Childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202), the province invited 61 candidates who scored 60 points.
In the Healthcare-targeted draw, the province issued 25 invitations.
The BCPNP invited 190 candidates with a score of 60-94 points. Including this draw, in 2023, British Columbia has already issued 8,955 invitations.

On November 3, 2023, the Provincial Government of Nova Scotia invited candidates to participate in the Healthcare Professionals Immigration Pilot (HPIP).
Candidates who want to continue this process should contact the Nova Scotia Department of Health and Wellness. Only those who receive a valid job offer from the Nova Scotia Health Authority may immigrate to Nova Scotia as a healthcare professional through the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) or the Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) Skilled Worker Stream.
Applicants who participate in the Healthcare Professionals Immigration Pilot and receive a nomination under the Skilled Worker stream or an endorsement under the Atlantic Immigration Program are not granted 600 points under the Express Entry system.
The Healthcare Professionals Immigration Pilot exclusively employs non-Express Entry immigration pathways.
