On November 1, 2023, the Government of Alberta published the results of the new invitation rounds in the Alberta Express Entry Stream.
On October 24 and 26, 2023, the province held two draws under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP). Alberta issued 22 invitations under the Dedicated Healthcare Pathway.
Invited candidates had a minimum score of 326. On October 26, the AAIP invited 100 candidates under the Family connection stream.
As of November 1, 2023, the province invited 3,503 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the Alberta Express Entry and issued 9,028 nomination certificates.

On November 1, 2023, the Quebec Ministry of Immigration (MIFI) published the results of the 54th invitation round in Quebec’s online system Arrima.
On October 26, 2023, MIFI invited 1,220 candidates to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.
Candidates invited in this round had a minimum score of 465, at least level 7 oral proficiency in French, and a valid job offer outside the territory of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.
This year, MIFI invited 15,979 candidates through the regular Arrima draws.

On October 31, 2023, the Government of British Columbia held new invitation draws under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) and issued invitations to apply to qualified Skills Immigration registrants.
Targeted ITAs have also been issued to qualified candidates in healthcare, childcare, and other priority occupations.
In the general draw, the province invited 133 candidates. The minimum score for candidates invited in this draw was 91-113 points. BC issued 48 ITAs to candidates under the childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202).
In the Healthcare-targeted draw, BC British Columbia invited 22 candidates who scored 60 points. In addition, fewer than five invitations have been issued for other priority occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104). In total, British Columbia issued up to 208 ITAs in this draw.
This year, British Columbia has already invited 8,765 candidates.

On October 30, 2023, the Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) issued 1,051 invitations to apply (ITAs) for the Masters Graduate stream.
The minimum score of this round was 43 points, two points more than it was in the previous draw. In addition, Ontario also invited 66 candidates under the PhD Graduate Stream.
The minimum score for this draw was 42 points. The profiles of selected candidates were created between November 22, 2022, and October 30, 2023.
In total, this year, the province invited 35,813 candidates through the OINP.
