On March 14, 2023, the Government of Ontario held new draws in the Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream (EJO IS) and Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW) of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
The province held two draws in the EJO IS Stream and issued 906 invitations to apply (ITAs) to eligible candidates working in the skilled trades, healthcare, and tech occupations.
In addition, Ontario held another targeted draw of the OINP for candidates of the federal Economic Mobility Pathways Project (EMPP).
In this draw, Ontario issued two targeted invitations to apply to candidates in the EOI pool who may be eligible for the federal EMPP under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream.
In total, OINP issued invitations to 9,319 candidates in 2023.

On March 14, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) published a new update regarding the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP).
As of March 14, 2023, there were around 1,490 Alberta Opportunity Stream applications and 450 Expressions of Interest in the Alberta Express Entry pool.
In addition, on March 9, 2023, Alberta held a new invitation round in the Alberta Express Entry Stream and issued 134 Notifications of Interest (NOI) with a minimum score of 301.

On March 14, 2023, British Columbia issued new invitations in the Skilled Worker – International Graduate categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).
In the Tech-targeted draw, BC issued 197 invitations with a minimum score of 83 points.
In the Childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202), the province invited 23 candidates who scored 60 points. In the Healthcare-targeted draw, the province issued ten invitations.
Additionally, fewer than five invitations have been issued for other priority occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104).

The provincial Government of New Brunswick issued 93 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) via two Express Entry streams.
Seven ITAs have been issued under the New Brunswick Employment Connection (EC) program, while 86 ITAs have been issued through the Express Entry Occupations In-Demand Connection (OIDC) program.
In addition, the province granted 51 Post-Graduate Work Permits (PGWP) for international students who graduated from the province's Designated Learning Institutions (DLI).
