On June 29, 2023, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In round #184, the MPNP held a new occupation-specific candidate selection under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM) stream and invited 315 applicants who scored 613 points and above.
Manitoba also issued 184 LAAs in the regular SWM draw.
The minimum score for the LAA in this category was 662 points, three points fewer than the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, MPNP issued 26 LAAs to candidates invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
The lowest score in the SWO category was 717 points, one point fewer than in the previous draw.
In addition, 62 invitations were issued in the International Education Stream. Manitoba has issued LAAs to 587 candidates, including 162 Express Entry candidates for this round.
In 2023, MPNP invited 7,298 candidates, and 1,943 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

On June 28, 2023, the Quebec Ministry of Immigration (MIFI) published the results of the 47th invitation round in Quebec’s online system Arrima.
On June 22, 2023, MIFI invited 1,006 candidates to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program. Candidates invited in this round had a minimum score of 626, at least level 7 oral proficiency in French, and a valid job offer outside the territory of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.
This year, MIFI invited 7,073 candidates through the regular Arrima draws. Since the launch of Arrima in July 2019, the Government of Quebec invited 20,390 foreign nationals in 47 draws to apply for immigration to Quebec.

On June 28, 2023, the City of Greater Sudbury held a new round of invitations in the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP). In this round, Sudbury considered 53 candidates.
The lowest score of these draws was 250 points, ten points lower than in the previous draw.
Last year, Sudbury invited a total of 154 applicants.
Since the program's launch, the city has recommended at least 346 individuals under the RNIP. So far, the city has considered 176 candidates in 2023.

On June 27, 2023, the Government of British Columbia issued new invitations under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) and invited qualified Skills Immigration candidates.
In the general draw, the province invited 130 candidates. The minimum score for candidates invited in this draw was 87-109 points.
The province issued 30 ITAs to candidates under the childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202). In the Healthcare-targeted draw, BC invited 20 candidates who scored 60 points.
In addition, the province invited fewer than five candidates working in other priority occupations. In total, British Columbia issued up to 185 ITAs in this draw.
This year, British Columbia has already invited 5,310 candidates.
