On November 16, 2023, the Government of British Columbia held new invitation draws under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) and issued invitations to apply to qualified candidates in healthcare, childcare, construction, and other priority occupations.
In the general draw, the province invited 116 candidates. The minimum score for candidates invited in this draw was 94-115 points.
BC issued 59 ITAs to candidates under the childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202).
In the Healthcare-targeted draw, BC British Columbia invited 32 candidates who scored 60 points. In addition, the province invited 12 candidates working in the construction sector.
Furthermore, five invitations have been issued for other priority occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104). In total, British Columbia issued 224 ITAs in this draw.
This year, British Columbia has already invited 9,179 candidates.

On November 16, 2023, Prince Edward Island held new draws under the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). PEI PNP invited 134 Critical Workers and Express Entry candidates in the Labour Impact and Express Entry streams.
Seven more invitations were sent to Business Impact Category candidates. The lowest score for the business candidates was 80. In total, PEI issued 141 invitations in this round.
The next draw is scheduled for November 30, 2023.
Since the beginning of 2023, the PEI PNP issued 2,324 invitations.
Among them, 61 invitations were under the Business Impact Category, and 2,263 were under the Labour Impact and Express Entry categories.

On November 16, 2023, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In round #200, the MPNP held a new occupation-specific candidate selection under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba (SWM) stream and invited 92 applicants.
Manitoba also issued 100 LAAs in the regular SWM draw.
The minimum score for the LAA in this category was 809 points, 24 points more than the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, MPNP issued 48 LAAs to candidates invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
The lowest score in the SWO category was 721 points, 13 points more than in the previous draw. In addition, 61 invitations were issued in the International Education Stream.
In this round, Manitoba has issued LAAs to 301 candidates, including 69 Express Entry candidates.
In 2023, MPNP invited 14,182 candidates, and 3,804 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

On November 8, 2023, the City of Greater Sudbury held a new round of invitations under the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) Program.
In this round, Sudbury considered 30 candidates. The lowest score of these draws was 255 points, 20 points more than in the previous draw. Last year, Sudbury invited a total of 154 applicants.
Since the program's launch, the city has recommended around 550 individuals under the RNIP. So far, the city has considered 442 candidates in 2023.
