On September 11, 2025, Alberta released the results of the recent Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) immigration draws.
On September 2 and 3, 2025, the province invited 126 Express Entry candidates and 67 non-Express Entry candidates under the Dedicated Health Care Pathway, respectively.
The September 4 draw invited 891 candidates under the Alberta Opportunity stream, with a minimum score of 56. On September 5, 8, 9, and 10, Alberta conducted draws under the Alberta Express Entry – Priority Sectors stream and invited 292 candidates working in the agriculture, construction, healthcare, and aviation sectors.
So far, Alberta has invited 4,142 candidates through the AAIP streams this year.

On September 4, 2025, Manitoba held the invitation round #253 under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
The province invited 1,481 candidates under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream. Most of them – 1,466 candidates were Ukrainian nationals, while the rest – 15 candidates were invited under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Workers Overseas streams as part of a strategic recruitment initiative. Additionally, the MPNP invited 1,866 candidates under the International Education Stream.
In this round, Manitoba has issued invitations to 3,347 candidates, including 415 Express Entry candidates. This year, the MPNP invited 4,885 candidates, and 714 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

On September 4, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for French language proficiency candidates.
In round #365, IRCC issued 4,500 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to francophone candidates.
The cut-off score of this draw was 446 points, 35 points fewer than in the previous draw in this category.
The tie-breaking rule for this round was June 16, 2025, at 07:21:06 UTC. This year, Canada issued 61,569 ITAs through 35 Express Entry draws, and 25,500 of them were sent to francophone candidates.

On September 3, 2025, the Government of Ontario held new immigration draws in the Employer Job Offer:
Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW) and International Student Stream (EJO IS) of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
The province invited candidates who are currently residing in Canada and working in other priority occupations, issuing 1,134 invitations to apply (ITAs) under the EJO FW Stream and 759 candidates under the EJO IS Stream. In total, OINP issued invitations to 1,893 candidates in this round. So far, Ontario has invited 8,799 candidates this year.
