On November 9, 2021, British Columbia conducted two draws in the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).
In the general draw, the province issued 287 invitations.
• Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker 93 (+2 points) • Skills Immigration - International Graduate 80 (+2 points) • Skills Immigration - Entry Level and Semi-Skilled 69 (+1 point) • Express Entry British Columbia - Skilled Worker 94 (+3 points) • Express Entry British Columbia - International Graduate 80 (+2 points)
The second round of the day targeted only candidates in NOC 0621 - Retail and Wholesale Trade Managers and NOC 0631 - Restaurant and Food Service Managers.
BCPNP invited 53 such candidates. Both NOCs have a high number of registrants within the BC PNP Skills Immigration Registration System.
The lowest score of those candidates was 104 points, the same as it was in the previous draw for these NOCs. In total, British Columbia issued 10,478 ITAs under the BCPNP in 2021.

On November 9, 2021, Alberta published the update of the inventory of the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP). Currently, there are around 400 Alberta Opportunity Stream applications and 780 Expressions of Interest in the Alberta Express Entry pool.
In addition, on October 26, 2021, Alberta held a new round in the Alberta Express Entry Stream and issued 248 Notifications of Interest (NOI).
The lowest score in this round was 300 points, the same as it was in the previous draw. In 2021, AINP already invited 6,158 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the Alberta Express Entry.

On November 4, 2021, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) conducted the second invitation round in the Entrepreneur Program in 2021.
In this round, SINP invited 65 candidates. The highest Expression of Interest (EOI) score for this round was 130 points.
The average score was 110 points.
The lowest score was 100, and those applicants were invited to apply only if they scored CLB level of 4 or higher in English or French. In total, Saskatchewan invited 134 entrepreneurs in 2021.

On November 1, 2021, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In round #129, MPNP issued 350 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream.
The minimum score to get the LAA in this category was 360 points, 15 points fewer compared to the previous draw.
In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 38 LAAs. The lowest score in the SWO category was 713 points, 3 points fewer than in the previous round.
In addition, Manitoba invited 33 candidates in the International Education Category.
In total, Manitoba issued LAAs to 421 candidates, including 75 Express Entry candidates.
MPNP has invited 9,352 candidates in 2021, and 3,795 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.
