On November 2, 2021, British Columbia held a new draw in the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Tech Program (BC PNP Tech). In this draw, the province invited 77 candidates in four categories:
Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration - International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia - Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia - International Graduate.
The lowest score in all categories was 75 points, the same as it was in the previous draw.
In 2021, British Columbia invited 1,658 candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the BCPNP Tech. In total, BCPNP issued 10,138 ITAs to date.

On October 27, 2021, the Quebec Ministry of Immigration (MIFI) published the results of the 24th invitation round in Quebec’s online system Arrima.
On October 21, 2021, MIFI invited 23 candidates to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.
Candidates invited in this round either had a validated offer of employment in the province or are specific foreigners mentioned in Section 26 of the Quebec Immigration Regulation.
In 2021, MIFI already issued 3,223 invitations. Last year, Quebec invited 628 persons through the Arrima.
Since the launch of Arrima in July 2019, the government of Quebec invited 5,913 foreign nationals in 24 draws to apply for immigration to Quebec.

On October 27, 2021, British Columbia conducted two draws in the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).
In the general draw, the province issued 306 invitations. • Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker 91
• Skills Immigration - International Graduate 78 • Skills Immigration - Entry Level and Semi-Skilled 68 (-1 point) • Express Entry British Columbia - Skilled Worker 91 (+4 points) • Express Entry British Columbia - International Graduate 78 (+2 points)
The second round of the day targeted only candidates in NOC 0621 - Retail and Wholesale Trade Managers and NOC 0631 - Restaurant and Food Service Managers.
BCPNP invited 52 such candidates.
Both NOCs have a high number of registrants within the BC PNP Skills Immigration Registration System.
The lowest score of those candidates was 104 points, the same as it was in the previous draw for these NOCs.
In total, British Columbia issued 10,061 ITAs under the BCPNP in 2021.

On October 27, 2021, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) conducted a new round of invitations in Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream.
In this draw, OINP issued 1,408 targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates who possess work experience in one of the in-demand occupations.
The CRS Express Entry score range of those candidates was 455-467 points. All invited candidates work in one of the following occupations:
• NOC 0213 Computer and information systems managers • NOC 2147 Computer engineers • NOC 2172 Database analysts and data administrators • NOC 2173 Software engineers and designers • NOC 2174 Computer programmer and interactive media developers • NOC 2175 Web designers and developers In total, Ontario invited 14,551 candidates through the OINP in 2021.
