British Columbia held a new draw in the BCPNP Tech

On September 7, 2021, British Columbia held a new draw in the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Tech Program (BC PNP Tech).

In this draw, the province invited 34 candidates in four categories: Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration - International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia - Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia - International Graduate.

The lowest score in all categories traditionally was 80 points. In 2021, British Columbia invited 1,314 candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the BCPNP Tech.

In total, BCPNP issued 8,127 ITAs to date.

MPNP issued 602 invitations to apply for the nomination of Manitoba

On September 2, 2021, Manitoba conducted a new draw in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

In round #125, Manitoba invited 463 candidates in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream.

The lowest score of those who received a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) was 445, 9 points fewer compared to draw #124.

As for the Skilled Workers Overseas Stream, the province invited 84 individuals, and the lowest score to get the LAA was 698, 21 points fewer than in the previous round.

In addition, MPNP invited 55 candidates in the International Education Category. Of those 602 invited in this round, 101 candidates had valid Express Entry profiles.

In 2021, Manitoba already invited 7,391 individuals under the MPNP, including 3,407 Express Entry candidates.

Saskatchewan invited 41 entrepreneurs in the second invitation round of the Entrepreneur Program

On September 2, 2021, the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) conducted the second invitation round in the Entrepreneur Program in 2021.

In this round, SINP invited 41 candidates. The highest Expression of Interest (EOI) score for this round was 125 points. The average score was 115 points.

The lowest score was 110, and those applicants were invited to apply only if they scored CLB level of 4 or higher in English or French. The next invitation round has been scheduled for November 4, 2021.

Alberta held two PNP draws in one week

On September 1, 2021, Alberta posted a new update about the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) inventory.

On August 23, 2021, the province invited 450 candidates to apply for a nomination of the province.

The lowest score to get a Notification of Interest (NOI) in this round was 300 points. In addition, on August 30, 2021, the province invited 400 candidates with a minimum score of 301.

As of August 31, 2021, Alberta received 1,000 applications in the Alberta Opportunity Stream and 200 Expressions of Interest (EOI) in the Alberta Express Entry Stream.

These applications are waiting for the eligibility assessment. In 2021, AINP already invited 4,007 Express Entry candidates in the Alberta Express Entry.

The quota for AINP in 2021 will be announced later.
