On December 5, 2022, the Quebec Ministry of Immigration (MIFI) published the results of the 39th invitation round in Quebec’s online system Arrima.
On November 24, 2022, MIFI invited 998 candidates to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program. Candidates invited in this round had a valid job offer outside the territory of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.
In 2022, MIFI issued 7,045 invitations. Since the launch of Arrima in July 2019, the government of Quebec invited 13,317 foreign nationals in 39 draws to apply for immigration to Quebec.

On December 2, 2022, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In round #160, MPNP issued 206 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream.
The minimum score to get the LAA in this category was 775 points, 22 points fewer than the previous draw.
In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 43 LAAs.
The lowest score in the SWO category was 673 points, 13 points fewer than in the previous round.
In addition, Manitoba invited 56 candidates in the International Education Stream.
Thus, in this draw, Manitoba has issued LAAs to 305 candidates, including 31 Express Entry candidates. MPNP has invited 6,076 candidates in 2022, and 1,251 received invitations in the Express Entry.

On November 28, 2022, the Government of British Columbia issued new invitations under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) and invited qualified Skills Immigration candidates.
In the general draw, the province invited 253 candidates.
The minimum score for candidates invited in this draw was 82-105 points.
In addition, British Columbia invited 49 candidates under the childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202). In the Healthcare-targeted draw, BC invited 24 candidates.
Additionally, less than five invitations have been issued for healthcare assistants (NOC 33102) and less than five ITAs for other priority occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104).
In total, the province invited up to 336 candidates for this draw. In 2022, British Columbia has already issued 8,425 invitations.

On November 21, 2022, the City of Greater Sudbury held a new round of invitations in the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP).
In this round, Sudbury considered 32 candidates, one of whom has been accepted under the Francophone Stream.
The lowest score of these draws was 200 points, 20 points more than in the previous draw. All applicants had one eligible occupation and now receive over $20.
This year, in total, 106 applicants have been invited. Sudbury has recommended at least 177 individuals under the RNIP since the program's launch.
