In draw number 236 there were 4750 individuals given a Invitation to Apply for Permanent Residence in Canada
The lowest score was 491 and the tie breaking rule was in effect.

On November 9, 2022, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 4,750 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under Express Entry.
IRCC continued inviting candidates under all immigration programs in this round of invitations.
In round #235, the cut-off score dropped below 500 points and was 494 points, 2 points fewer than the previous draw.
The tie-breaking rule for this round was June 6, 2022, at 20:48:23 UTC. As of November 7, 2022, there are 233,619 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 1,362 fewer compared to the previous update.
In 2022, Canada issued 41,788 ITAs through Express Entry.

On November 8, 2022, Saskatchewan conducted new rounds of invitations in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP).
In the Express Entry category, Saskatchewan issued 10 ITAs. Another 21 invitations were issued to the Occupations In-Demand category candidates.
The lowest score in both categories was 69 points, 12 points fewer than in the previous draw. In addition, the SINP also invited 4 Ukrainian candidates with a minimum score of 64.
All invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessments.
In this draw, Saskatchewan invited candidates under 6 different NOCs. This year, Saskatchewan has already invited 9,800 candidates.

On November 8, 2022, British Columbia held new draws for business candidates in the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP).
In the Base Category of the Entrepreneur Stream, BC PNP invited 8 candidates. The lowest score of this round was 120 points, 4 points more than the previous draw.
In addition, the province invited fewer than 5 candidates in the Entrepreneur Immigration - Regional Pilot category with a minimum score of 114.
The maximum points in the Entrepreneur Stream grid are 200. 120 points candidates can get for self-declared factors such as Experience & Ownership, Net Worth, Investment, etc. Another 80 points are given for the business concept.
This year, the province invited up to 49 entrepreneurs under the BCPNP.
