On February 10, 2022, Ontario has updated the average processing time in the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
As of now, the processing time in Ontario’s Master Graduates and Ph.D. Graduates Streams and Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream was 30-60 days.
The processing time for Ontario’s Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream, Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream, Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream, Employer Job
Offer: Foreign Worker, and Employer Job Offer: International Student Stream was 60-90 days.
The Expression of Interest (EOI) Assessment in the Entrepreneur Stream still requires less than 30 days, while the application processing depends on the complexity of the business nomination application.
The province has not still received its 2022 allocation from IRCC. As of February 10, 2022,

On February 10, 2022, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In round #136, MPNP issued 202 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream.
The minimum score to get the LAA in this category was 615 points, 6 points more compared to the previous draw.
In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 31 LAAs. The lowest score in the SWO category was 705 points, 2 points more than in the previous round.
In addition, Manitoba invited 40 candidates in the International Education Category. In total, Manitoba issued LAAs to 273 candidates, including 68 Express Entry candidates.
MPNP has invited 1,031 candidates in 2022, and 234 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

On February 9, 2022, the Government of Ontario held new draws in the Employer Job Offer:
Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW) and In-Demand Skills Stream (EJO IDS) of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
The province issued 166 invitations to apply (ITAs) to the eligible candidates through the EJO FW Stream with a minimum score of 41.
In addition, in the targeted draw of the EJO FW Stream, the province issued another 476 ITAs to foreign workers of the skilled trades occupations with a minimum score of 24 and above.
Under the EJO IDS, the province invited 107 candidates with a minimum score of 15. In total, OINP issued invitations to 4,195 candidates in 2022.

On February 8, 2022, British Columbia held two rounds in the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).
In the general draw, BC issued 188 invitations.
The lowest scores in the categories were: • Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker 110 (+5 points) • Skills Immigration - International Graduate 96 (+3 points) • Skills Immigration - Entry Level and Semi-Skilled 77 (-1 point) • Express Entry British Columbia - Skilled Worker 120 (-6 points) • Express Entry British Columbia - International Graduate 106 (+9 points)
The second draw of the day targeted only candidates in NOC 0621 - Retail and Wholesale Trade Managers and NOC 0631 - Restaurant and Food Service Managers.
The province issued 10 invitations for such candidates.
The lowest score of those candidates was 120 points, 6 points more compared to the previous NOC-specific draw. In total, British Columbia issued 1,046 ITAs under the BCPNP in 2022.
