On June 20, 2023, British Columbia issued new invitations in the Skilled Worker – International Graduate categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).
In the Tech-targeted draw, BC issued 107 invitations with a minimum score of 90 points. In the Childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202), the province invited 18 candidates who scored 60 points.
In the Healthcare-targeted draw, the province issued 19 invitations. Additionally, fewer than five invitations have been issued for other priority occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104).
The province invited up to 149 candidates with a score of 60-90 points. Including this draw, in 2023, British Columbia has already issued 5,125 invitations.

On June 20, 2023, the Government of Ontario held new draws in the Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream (EJO IS) and Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW) of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
The province held two draws in the EJO FW Stream and issued 744 invitations to apply (ITAs) to eligible candidates working in healthcare and construction occupations. In addition, Ontario held another draw for the EJO IS stream.
Ontario issued 256 invitations to apply in a general draw to candidates with a minimum score of 26. In total, OINP issued invitations to 20,198 candidates in 2023.

On June 20, 2023, British Columbia held new draws for business candidates in the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP). BCPNP invited up to five candidates in the Base Category of the Entrepreneur Stream. The lowest score of this round was 119 points, four points more than it was in the previous draw.
In addition, the province invited fewer than five candidates in the Entrepreneur Immigration - Regional Pilot category with a minimum score of 152.
The maximum points in the Entrepreneur Stream grid are 200. Candidates can get 120 points for self-declared factors such as Experience & Ownership, Net Worth, Investment, etc. Another 80 points are given for the business concept.
British Columbia issued 5,125 invitations this year, including up to 54 entrepreneurs.

In May 2023, the provincial Government of New Brunswick issued new Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the three Express Entry streams of the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP).
The province issued 21 ITAs under the New Brunswick Employment Connection stream, 10 ITAs through the New Brunswick Student Connection stream, and 62 ITAs under the Express Entry Occupations In-Demand Connection stream.
In total, New Brunswick invited 93 candidates in May. In 2023, 509 candidates received ITAs under these three NBPNP streams.
