On September 6, 2023, the Government of British Columbia held new invitation draws under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) and invited qualified Skills Immigration candidates.
In the general draw, BC invited 160 candidates. The minimum score for candidates invited in this draw was 89-110 points.
The province issued 43 ITAs to candidates under the childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202).
In the Healthcare-targeted draw, BC invited 19 candidates who scored 60 points. In total, British Columbia issued 222 ITAs in this draw. This year, British Columbia has already invited 7,225 candidates.

On September 5, 2023, the Government of Alberta published the results of the new invitation rounds in the Alberta Express Entry Stream.
The province held a new draw under the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP). On August 29, 2023, Alberta invited 18 candidates with Alberta job offer in the Dedicated Healthcare Pathway.
The minimum score for this draw was 300, 26 points fewer than in the previous draw.
As of September 5, 2023, the province invited 2,859 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the Alberta Express Entry and issued 7,255 nomination certificates.

On September 1, 2023, the City of Greater Sudbury held a new round of invitations in the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP). In this round, Sudbury considered 62 candidates.
The lowest score of these draws was 220 points, 20 points fewer than in the previous draw. So far, the city has considered 292 candidates in 2023. Last year, Sudbury invited a total of 154 applicants.
Since the program's launch, the city has recommended at least 462 individuals under the RNIP.

On August 31, 2023, Prince Edward Island conducted a new invitation round in the Labour Impact and Express Entry streams and invited 22 candidates under the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP).
This draw invited candidates working in the Healthcare, Manufacturing, Food Processing, and Construction sectors.
The province invited 1,861 candidates this year, including 1,813 candidates under the Labour Impact and Express Entry categories and 48 business candidates.
According to the schedule, the next PEI PNP draw will occur on September 21, 2023.
