On May 30, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the first Express Entry draw for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates of the year.
IRCC issued 2,985 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the PNP-targeted draw. In round #296, the cut-off score was 676 points.
The tie-breaking rule for this round was January 19, 2024, at 18:32:21 UTC. As of May 30, 2024, there were 224,404 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool.
In 2024, Canada has already issued 38,955 invitations through the regular Express Entry draws.

On May 27, 2024, the City of Greater Sudbury held a new round of invitations in the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP).
In this round, Sudbury considered six candidates through the Limited Stream. The lowest score of these draws was 155 points.
All applicants had one eligible occupation and a wage over $20 per hour. This year, Sudbury invited a total of 456 applicants. So far, the city has recommended around 846 individuals under the RNIP since the program's launch.

On May 28, 2024, the Government of British Columbia held new invitation draws under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) and issued invitations to apply to skilled candidates in the general draw and to candidates with work experience in healthcare, childcare, construction and veterinary care occupations. In the general draw, the province invited 35 candidates.
The minimum score for candidates invited in this draw was 110 points.
BC issued eleven ITAs to candidates under the childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202).
In the Healthcare-targeted draw, British Columbia invited nine candidates who scored 100 points. The province also issued eleven invitations to candidates working in the construction sector and up to five invitations to candidates working in veterinary care occupations.
In total, British Columbia issued up to 71 ITAs in this draw. This year, British Columbia has already invited up to 3,247 candidates.

On May 23, 2024, Manitoba held the latest invitation round #219 in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, the MPNP invited 121 candidates under the Close relative in Manitoba selection with a minimum score of 782.
In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, MPNP issued 39 LAAs to candidates invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative.
The lowest score in the SWO category was 688 points. Finally, 93 invitations were issued in the International Education Stream. In this round, Manitoba has issued LAAs to 253 candidates, including 29 Express Entry candidates.
This year, MPNP invited 4,241 candidates, and 573 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.
