Alberta invited 250 more candidates under the AINP

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) sets the limits for nominations the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) can issue each year. Despite IRCC provided 6,250 nomination certificates to Alberta for 2020, Alberta issued only 4,000 nomination certificates. The quota for AINP in 2021 is still unavailable. As of May 25, 2021, there are around 1,800 Alberta Opportunity Stream applications and 400 Expressions of Interest in the Alberta Express Entry pool. In addition, on May 18, 2021, Alberta held a new round in the Alberta Express Entry Stream and issued 250 Notifications of Interest (NOI). The lowest score in this round was 301 points, one point more than in the previous draw. The OINP issued 64 invitations in the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream

On May 25, 2021, the government of Ontario held a new draw in the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW) of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). The province issued 64 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates who submitted their profiles between April 28 and May 25, 2021. Ontario has not published any score range for this round. In this draw, OINP targeted candidates registered for the Regional Immigration Pilot. Prince Edward Island invited 155 candidates to apply for a nomination

On May 20, 2021, Prince Edward Island held a new draw in the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). In the fifth round in 2021, PEI PNP issued 138 invitations to apply to skilled workers in the Labour Impact and Express Entry streams. The province also invited 17 candidates to the Business Work Permit Entrepreneurs stream. The lowest score for business candidates was 80 points, five points more than in the April draw. In total, Prince Edward Island issued 793 invitations in 2021, including 77 invitations to business candidates. Express Entry Canadian Experience Class

Well today Immigration Canada surprised us with an unexpected draw under the EE CEC class. Keeping with the current trend on no draws from overseas skilled workers. Draw number 188 with the lowest score being 397 under the CEC class and a draw of 1842 ITA's. As you can see the CRS score is continuing to move lower with the constant draw from the CEC program and keeping this in mind when Immigration Canada begins overseas draw under skilled workers draws will likely focus manly on them with a small portion of the applications going towards CEC which is good to help lower the draw number quickly #Express_Entry, #IRCC, #ITA, #CEC
