Manitoba issued 375 invitations in draw #123
On July 29, 2021, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In round #123, MPNP issued 285 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream.
The minimum score to get the LAA in this category was 400 points, 45 points lower compared to the previous draw. In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 47 LAAs.
The lowest score in the SWO category was 708 points, 151 points more than in the previous round. In addition, Manitoba invited 43 candidates in the International Education Category.
In total, Manitoba issued LAAs to 375 candidates, including 42 Express Entry candidates. MPNP has invited 6,514 candidates in 2021 and 3,270 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

Manitoba conducted MPNP draw #122
On July 28, 2021, Manitoba released the results of the draw in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), which occurred on July 27. In this draw, the province invited only candidates in the Skilled Workers Overseas stream.
In total MPNP issued 1140 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA).
The lowest score in this draw was 557 points, 146 points fewer compared to the previous draw.
All invited candidates who have been invited in draw #122 were Express Entry candidates. In 2021, Manitoba issued LAAs to 6,139 candidates, including 3,228 Express Entry candidates.

British Columbia held a new draw in the BCPNP Tech
On July 27, 2021, British Columbia held a new draw in the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Tech Program (BC PNP Tech).
In this draw, the province invited 59 candidates in four categories:
Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration - International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia - Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia - International Graduate.
The lowest score in all categories traditionally was 80 points. In 2021, British Columbia invited 1,155 candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the BCPNP Tech. In total, BCPNP issued 6,667 ITAs to date.

Ontario issued 1,031 NOIs in the Human Capital Priorities Stream
On July 27, 2021, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held a new draw in the Human Capital Priorities Stream.
In this round, OINP issued 1,031 targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates who possess work experience in one of the in-demand occupations.
The CRS Express Entry score range of those candidates was 458-467 points. All invited candidates work in one of the following occupations:
• NOC 0114 - Other administrative services managers
• NOC 0122 – Banking, credit and other investment managers
• NOC 0124 – Advertising, marketing and public relations managers
• NOC 0125 – Other business services managers
• NOC 0211 - Engineering managers
• NOC 0311 - Managers in health care
• NOC 0601 – Corporate sales managers
• NOC 0631 - Restaurant and food service managers
• NOC 0711 - Construction managers
• NOC 0731 - Managers in transportation
• NOC 0911 - Manufacturing managers
• NOC 1121 – Human resources professionals
• NOC 1122 – Professional occupations in business management consulting
• NOC 2161 - Mathematicians, statisticians and actuaries
• NOC 3012 – Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
• NOC 3211 - Medical laboratory technologists
• NOC 3231 - Opticians
• NOC 3233 - Licensed practical nurses
In total, Ontario invited 9,320 candidates through the OINP in 2021, and 2,651 of them were invited under the Human Capital Priorities Stream.
