On October 13, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted a new Express Entry draw.
Draw #207 targeted candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program. IRCC invited 681 provincial candidates, and the cut-off score in this round was 720 points, 22 points fewer compared to the previous PNP-specific draw that occurred on September 29.
The tie-breaking rule for this round was March 16, 2021, at 07:53:28 UTC.
As of October 12, 2021, there are 183,133 profiles registered in the pool, 2,878 more compared to the previous update. In total, Canada issued 110,377 ITAs to foreign nationals through Express Entry in 2021.

On October 12, 2021, British Columbia conducted two draws in the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP). In the general draw, the province issued 308 invitations.
• Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker 91 (+1 point) • Skills Immigration - International Graduate 78 (+1 point) • Skills Immigration - Entry Level and Semi-Skilled 69 • Express Entry British Columbia - Skilled Worker 87 (+1 point) • Express Entry British Columbia - International Graduate 76 (+1 point)
The second round of the day targeted only candidates in NOC 0621 - Retail and Wholesale Trade Managers and NOC 0631 - Restaurant and Food Service Managers.
BCPNP invited 101 such candidates.
Both NOCs have a high number of registrants within the BC PNP Skills Immigration Registration System.
The lowest score of those candidates was 104 points, 1 point fewer than in the previous draw for these NOCs.
In total, British Columbia issued 9,618 ITAs under the BCPNP in 2021.

On October 12, 2021, British Columbia held new draws to business candidates in the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP).
In the Base Category of the Entrepreneur Stream, BC PNP invited 10 candidates with the lowest score of 123 points, 3 points fewer than in the August 17 draw.
In the Entrepreneur Regional Pilot, the province invited up to 5 candidates with the lowest score of 109 points, 20 points lower than in the previous draw.
In 2021, British Columbia already invited 59 entrepreneurs. Last year, BC issued 154 invitations to the business candidates.
