On February 16, 2023, Saskatchewan conducted new rounds of invitations in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). In the Express Entry category, Saskatchewan issued 177 ITAs.
Another 243 invitations were issued to the Occupations In-Demand category candidates.
The lowest score in both categories was 84 points.
In addition, the SINP also invited one Ukrainian candidate with a minimum score of 65. All invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessments.
In this draw, Saskatchewan invited 421 candidates under 104 different NOCs.

On February 15, 2023, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 699 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in the second PNP-targeted draw of the year.
In round #241, the cut-off score was 791 points.
The tie-breaking rule for this round was February 8, 2023, at 18:09:01 UTC.
As of February 15, 2023, there were 240,264 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 849 more than the previous update. In 2023, in total, Canada issued 15,892 invitations.

On February 15, 2023, the Quebec Ministry of Immigration (MIFI) published the results of the 40th invitation round in Quebec’s online system Arrima.
On February 9, 2023, MIFI invited 1,011 candidates to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program. Candidates invited in this round had a valid job offer outside the territory of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.
In 2022, MIFI issued 7,045 invitations. Since the launch of Arrima in July 2019, the government of Quebec invited 14,328 foreign nationals in 40 draws to apply for immigration to Quebec.

On February 14, 2023, British Columbia issued new invitations in the Skilled Worker – International Graduate categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP). In the Tech-targeted draw, BC issued 183 invitations with a minimum score of 83 points.
In the Childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 42202), the province invited 29 candidates who scored 55 points.
In the Healthcare-targeted draw, the province issued 20 invitations. Additionally, fewer than 5 invitations have been issued for other priority occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104). The province invited up to 237 candidates with a score of 55-83 points.
Including this draw, in 2023, British Columbia has already issued 1,604 invitations.
