On July 16, 2026, Manitoba conducted the latest invitation round #275 under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream, the MPNP invited 24 candidates under the Occupation-specific selection, 84 candidates under the Francophone selection, and 1,874 candidates under the Completed post-secondary study in Manitoba pathway.
In the Skilled Worker Stream, MPNP issued 86 LAAs to candidates invited under the Strategic Recruitment Initiative. Finally, the province issued 78 invitations under the International Education Stream – Graduate Internship Pathway (GIP). In this round, Manitoba has issued LAAs to 2,146 candidates, including 825 Express Entry candidates. This year, MPNP invited 4,056 candidates, and 1,377 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

On July 16, 2026, Prince Edward Island conducted 2026’s seventh invitation round under the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). This draw was the largest invitation round of 2026.
PEI issued 195 invitations to apply (ITAs) to candidates working in priority sectors based on economic impact in PEI.
The province prioritized candidates with employment offers from PEI-based organizations and international graduates from recognized institutions, including UPEI, Holland College, and College de l'Île. This year, the province invited 853 candidates under the PEI PNP.
According to the schedule, the next PEI PNP draw is scheduled for August 20, 2026.

On July 16, 2026, the Government of British Columbia conducted new draws under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Programs (BCPNP).
The province issued invitations to apply to 569 skilled candidates with the potential to create a high economic impact in the province.
The selection criteria targeted two distinct groups: 223 candidates in NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 positions earning a minimum wage of $58 per hour and $115,000 per year while working full-time with their supporting BC employer, and another 346 candidates who achieved a minimum score of 132 points. This year, British Columbia has invited up to 3,784 candidates under the BCPNP.

Alberta released the results of the recent Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) immigration draws. In the first half of July, the province invited 1,177 candidates under six streams.
The AAIP invited 833 Alberta Opportunity Stream and 42 Rural Renewal Stream candidates, as well as 92 Express Entry and 51 non-Express Entry candidates under the Dedicated Health Care Pathway.
Additionally, the province issued invitations to 149 candidates under the Alberta Express Entry Stream – Accelerated Tech Pathway and up to ten candidates under the Alberta Express Entry Stream – Law Enforcement Pathway. So far, Alberta has invited 10,369 candidates through the AAIP streams in 2026.
