In addition, the province invited up to five candidates in the Entrepreneur Immigration - Regional Pilot category with a minimum score of 106.
The maximum points in the Entrepreneur Stream grid are 200. To be eligible under the EI Regional Pilot, qualified entrepreneurs must be referred by a participating community. Last year, British Columbia invited up to 89 entrepreneurs under the BCPNP.
In 2024, the province has invited up to 20 business candidates through the Entrepreneur draws.

On February 23, 2024, the Quebec Ministry of Immigration (MIFI) published the results of the 58th invitation round in Quebec’s online system Arrima.
On February 8, 2024, MIFI invited 1,034 candidates to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program.
Candidates invited in this round had a minimum score of 613, at least level 7 oral proficiency in French, and a valid job offer outside the territory of the Montreal Metropolitan Community.
Last year, Quebec invited 18,376 candidates through the regular Arrima draws. In 2024, the province invited 2,041 candidates.

On February 16, 2024, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new occupation-specific Express Entry draw and issued 150 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates working in Agriculture and agri-food occupations.
This was the third Express Entry draw of the week. In round #285, the cut-off score was 437, 51 points more than in the previous draw for this category.
The tie-breaking rule for this round was January 29, 2024, at 03:32:58 UTC. As of February 11, 2024, there were 211,273 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool. This year, Canada issued 15,420 ITAs through Express Entry draws.

In round #284, the cut-off score was 422 points, nine points fewer than in the previous healthcare-targeted Express Entry draw and the lowest ever since IRCC launched the category.
