On September 3, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held a new Express Entry draw for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.
IRCC issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates in the CEC-targeted draw. In round #364, the cut-off score was 534 points, the same as it was in the previous CEC-targeted draw.
The tie-breaking rule for this round was August 14, 2025, at 08:28:38 UTC. As of September 1, 2025, 254,672 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. So far, Canada has issued 57,069 invitations through 34 Express Entry draws in 2025.

On September 2, 2025, the Quebec Ministry of Immigration, Francisation et Integration (MIFI) published the results of the 78th invitation round in Quebec’s online system Arrima, which were conducted on August 28, 2025.
MIFI invited 227 candidates under Stream 1 (Highly qualified and specialized skills) and four candidates under Stream 4 (Exceptional talent), with priority given to those who have a PhD degree and at least three years' experience working in their main profession within the last five years.
Additionally, Quebec issued two supplementary invitations for permanent selection under special provisions of the Quebec Immigration Act.
These invitations, distinct from the mainstream PSTQ channels, were granted according to sections 26 and 47 of provincial immigration regulations. Last year, Quebec invited 24,144 candidates through the regular Arrima draws. In 2025, MIFI invited a total of 1,034 candidates.

On September 2, 2025, the Government of Ontario conducted immigration draws in the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW), International Student Stream (EJO IS) and In-Demand Skills Stream (EJO IDS) of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
In these draws, the province targeted healthcare professionals, as well as early childhood educators & assistants. The OINP issued 1,305 invitations to apply (ITAs) under the EJO FW Stream, 1,105 ITAs under the EJO IS Stream, and 233 ITAs under the EJO IDS Stream. In total, the province issued invitations to 6,906 candidates in 2025.

On September 2, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the Express Entry draw #363.
The Government of Canada issued 249 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates in this draw.
This round’s cut-off score was 772 points, 28 points fewer than the previous PNP-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was August 28, 2025, at 19:19:18 UTC.
As of September 1, 2025, 254,672 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool. In 2025, the Government of Canada invited 56,069 Express Entry candidates, including 6,719 PNP candidates.
