Another 392 provincial nominees have been invited in the new Express Entry draw
On July 7, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) distributed 627 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in the new PNP-specific draw.
In round #195, the cut-off score was 760 points, 18 points more compared to draw #193.
The tie-breaking rule for this round was June 14, 2021 at 07:44:05 UTC. As of July 7, 2021, there are 166,851 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 605 more compared to the previous update.
In twenty-seven Express Entry draws in 2021, Canada issued 89,342 ITAs.

British Columbia held a new draw in BCPNP
On July 6, 2021, British Columbia conducted two draws in the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP). In the general draw, the province issued 342 invitations.
• Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker 92 (-1 point)
• Skills Immigration - International Graduate 83 (-2 point)
• Skills Immigration - Entry Level and Semi-Skilled 75
• Express Entry British Columbia - Skilled Worker 91 (-1 point)
• Express Entry British Columbia - International Graduate 82 (-3 point)
In the second round of the day, BC targeted only candidates in NOC 0621 - Retail and Wholesale Trade Managers and NOC 0631 - Restaurant and Food Service Managers. BCPNP invited 45 such candidates.
Both NOCs have a high number of registrants within the BC PNP Skills Immigration Registration System.
The lowest score of those candidates was 108 points, one point less compared to the previous draw for these NOCs. In total, British Columbia issued 6,169 ITAs under the BCPNP in 2021.

Alberta held a new AINP draw
On July 6, 2021, Alberta published a new update of the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP).
The province conducted a new draw in the Alberta Express Entry Stream and issued 148 Notifications of Interest (NOI).
The lowest score in this round was 302, two points more compared to June 16 draw. In 2021, AINP already invited 2,432 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the Alberta Express Entry.
As of July 6, 2021, Alberta received 1,500 applications in the Alberta Opportunity Stream and 325 Expressions of Interest (EOI) in the Alberta Express Entry Stream.
These applications are waiting for the eligibility assessment. IRCC will announce the 2021 quota for AINP in the coming months.

Manitoba conducted an extensive MPNP draw #120
On June 28, 2021, Manitoba conducted a new draw in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In round #120, MPNP issued 1,017 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the Skilled Workers Overseas (SWO) stream.
The minimum score to get the LAA in this category was 565 points. In draw #119, Manitoba issued only 24 LAAs through the SWO stream with a minimum score of 703.
All invited candidates had a valid Express Entry ID and job seeker validation code.
MPNP has invited 4,722 candidates in 2021, and 2,040 of them in the Express Entry.
