On November 25, 2025, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held the Express Entry draw #380.
The Government of Canada issued 777 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates in this draw.
This round’s cut-off score was 699 points, 39 points fewer than the previous PNP-targeted draw. The tie-breaking rule for this round was September 06, 2025, at 01:16:22 UTC. As of November 23, 2025, 245,758 profiles were registered in the Express Entry pool.
In 2025, the Government of Canada held 50 draws and invited 87,476 Express Entry candidates, including 9,376 PNP candidates.

On November 20, 2025, Prince Edward Island conducted 2025’s twelfth invitation round under the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP). In this draw, PEI issued 190 invitations to apply (ITAs) to French-speaking candidates working in priority sectors based on economic impact in PEI.
The province prioritized candidates with employment offers from PEI-based organizations and international graduates from recognized institutions, including UPEI, Holland College, and Collège de l'Île.
So far, the province has invited only one business candidate and 1,429 skilled workers through the regular PEI PNP draws in 2025. According to the schedule, the next PEI PNP draw is scheduled for December 18, 2025.

On November 21, 2025, Manitoba held the invitation round #258 under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
The province invited 35 skilled workers under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba and Skilled Workers Overseas streams as part of a strategic recruitment initiative.
In this round, five invitations were extended to candidates with a valid Express Entry profile number and a job seeker validation code.
This year, the MPNP invited 7,097 candidates, and 1,282 of them received invitations in the Express Entry system.

On November 20, 2025, Alberta released the results of the recent Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) immigration draws.
On November 10, the province invited 1,045 candidates under the Alberta Opportunity stream. The cut-off score for this draw was 55 points, 5 points lower than the previous draw for this stream.
Additionally, on November 14, Alberta conducted a new draw under the Alberta Express Entry Stream - Priority Sectors and invited 80 healthcare candidates who scored 52 points or more.
So far, Alberta has invited 8,505 candidates through the AAIP streams this year.
