On December 10, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 1,032 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) in the new PNP-targeted draw.
In round #211, the cut-off score was 698 points, 39 points fewer compared to the previous PNP draw.
The tie-breaking rule for this round was September 10, 2021, at 13:53:48 UTC.
As of December 6, 2021, there are 190,937 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 835 more compared to the previous update.
In total, in 2021, Canada issued 113,685 ITAs through Express Entry.

On December 7, 2021, Alberta published the update of the inventory of the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP).
Currently, there are around 400 Alberta Opportunity Stream applications and 825 Expressions of Interest in the Alberta Express Entry pool.
In addition, on November 24, 2021, Alberta held a new round in the Alberta Express Entry Stream and issued 100 Notifications of Interest (NOI).
The lowest score in this round was 350 points, 7 points more than it was in the previous draw. In 2021, AINP already invited 6,458 Express Entry candidates to apply for a provincial nomination in the Alberta Express Entry.

On December 7, 2021, British Columbia conducted two draws in the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP). In the general draw, the province issued 267 invitations. • Skills Immigration - Skilled Worker 97 (+1 point)
• Skills Immigration - International Graduate 83 (+1 point) • Skills Immigration - Entry Level and Semi-Skilled 71 • Express Entry British Columbia - Skilled Worker 100 (+3 points) • Express Entry British Columbia - International Graduate 86 (+3 points)
The second round of the day targeted only candidates in NOC 0621 - Retail and Wholesale Trade Managers and NOC 0631 - Restaurant and Food Service Managers. BCPNP invited 51 such candidates.
Both NOCs have a high number of registrants within the BC PNP Skills Immigration Registration System.
The lowest score of those candidates was 103 points, the same as it was in the previous draw for these NOCs.
In total, British Columbia issued 11,329 ITAs under the BCPNP in 2021.

On December 7, 2021, the Government of Ontario held new draws in the Employer Job Offer:
Foreign Worker Stream (EJO FW), International Student Stream (EJO IS), and In-Demand Skills Stream (EJO IDS) of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).
The province issued 503 invitations to apply (ITAs) to the eligible candidates through the EJO FW Stream with a minimum score of 37, and 620 ITAs to international students through the EJO IS Stream with a score of 62 and above.
Under the EJO IDS, the province invited 63 candidates. All invited candidates work in one of the following occupations:
Health and agricultural occupations: • NOC 3413 – nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates • NOC 4412 – home support workers and related occupations, excluding housekeepers • NOC 8431 – general farm workers • NOC 8432 – nursery and greenhouse workers • NOC 8611 – harvesting labourers • NOC 9462 – industrial butchers and meat cutters, poultry preparers and related workers
Manufacturing (outside the GTA only): • NOC 9411 – machine operators, mineral and metal processing • NOC 9416 – metalworking and forging machine operators • NOC 9417 – machining tool operators • NOC 9418 – other metal products machine operators • NOC 9421 – chemical plant machine operators • NOC 9422 – plastics processing machine operators • NOC 9437 – woodworking machine operators • NOC 9446 – industrial sewing machine operators • NOC 9461 – process control and machine operators, food, beverage and associated products processing • NOC 9523 – electronics assemblers, fabricators, inspectors and testers • NOC 9526 – mechanical assemblers and inspectors • NOC 9536 – industrial painters, coaters and metal finishing process operators • NOC 9537 – other products assemblers, finishers and inspectors In total, OINP issued invitations to 15,757 candidates under all streams of the OINP in 2021.
