Manitoba invited 223 candidates in draw #142

On April 7, 2022, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

In round #142, MPNP issued 156 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream.

The minimum score to get the LAA in this category was 739 points, 30 points fewer compared to the previous draw.

In the Skilled Workers Overseas stream, Manitoba issued 33 LAAs. The lowest score in the SWO category was 683 points, 29 points fewer than in the previous round.

In addition, Manitoba invited 34 candidates in the International Education Category. In total, Manitoba issued LAAs to 223 candidates, including 30 Express Entry candidates.

MPNP has invited 1,930 candidates in 2022, and 406 of them received invitations in the Express Entry.

British Columbia issued Skilled Immigration invitations in the targeted BCPNP draws

On April 5, 2022, British Columbia issued new invitations in the Skilled Worker – International Graduate categories of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP).

In the Childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 4214), the province invited 43 candidates.

In the Healthcare-targeted draw for entry-level and semi-skilled workers, BC invited more than 15 candidates.

In addition, the province issued less than 5 invitations for candidates working in the other priority occupations.

The lowest score of these candidates was 70 points. In 2022, in total, British Columbia invited 2,470 candidates.

British Columbia invited Skilled Immigration and Tech candidates in the new BCPNP draws

On April 5, 2022, the Government of British Columbia issued new invitations under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) and invited qualified Skills Immigration candidates and Tech workers.

The province invited 131 candidates under the Skilled Worker and Skilled Worker EEBC categories, International Graduate and International Graduate EEBC categories, as well as the Entry Level and Semi-Skilled category.

The minimal score for candidates invited in these draws was between 77 and 125 points. In 2022, in total, British Columbia has invited 2,403 candidates.

OINP issued 398 invitations through the Masters Graduate Stream

On March 30, 2022, the Government of Ontario held a new draw in the Masters Graduate Stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

The province has issued 398 invitations to apply (ITAs) under this stream, with a minimum score of 39 points, 2 points fewer than it was in the previous draw held on March 1, 2022.

In 2022, Ontario has already invited 636 candidates under this stream. In total, the OINP invited 8,397 candidates under all streams in 2022.
