Ontario issued 823 invitations through the Masters Graduate stream

On September 20, 2022, Ontario Immigration Nominee Program (OINP) issued 823 invitations to apply (ITAs) to potential candidates in the Expression of Interest system pool for the Masters Graduate stream.

The minimum score of this round was 33 points, 4 points fewer than in the previous program-specific draw.

The profiles of selected candidates were created between September 20, 2021, and September 20, 2022. In 2022, the province invited 2,630 candidates under this stream.

In total, Ontario invited 15,397 candidates under all streams in 2022.

Saskatchewan invited 326 skilled candidates under the SINP

On September 15, 2022, Saskatchewan conducted new rounds of invitations in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). In the Express Entry category, Saskatchewan issued 53 ITAs. Another 273 invitations were issued to the Occupations In-Demand category candidates. The lowest score in both categories was 60 points, 10 points fewer than it was in the previous draw. All invited candidates had Educational Credential Assessments. In this draw, Saskatchewan invited candidates under 6 different NOCs. Canada held the largest all-program Express Entry draw of 2022

On September 14, 2022, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) issued 3,250 Invitations to Apply (ITA) to candidates under Express Entry.

In this round of invitations, no program has been specified. In round #231, the cut-off score was 511 points, 5 points fewer compared to the previous draw.

The tie-breaking rule for this round was September 13, 2022, at 00:38:05 UTC.

As of September 12, 2022, there are 238,273 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 923 fewer compared to the previous update. In 2022, Canada issued 24,288 ITAs through Express Entry.

BC invited up to 300 Skilled Immigration candidates

On September 13, 2022, the Government of British Columbia issued new invitations under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) and invited qualified Skills Immigration candidates.

In the general draw, the province invited 251 candidates.

The minimal score for candidates invited in this draw was between 78-120 points

. In addition, British Columbia invited 27 candidates under the childcare-targeted draw for early childhood educators (NOC 4214).

In the Healthcare-targeted draw, BC invited 12 candidates. Additionally, less than 5 invitations have been issued for healthcare assistants (NOC 3413) and other priority occupations (NOCs 3114, 3213).

In total, the province invited up to 300 candidates. In 2022, British Columbia has already issued 6,841 invitations.
