LMIA Work Permits in Winnipeg: What Employers and Foreign Workers Need to Know

On September 13, 2025, Newfoundland and Labrador held a new round of selections through the Enhanced Expression of Interest (EOI) system, issuing a total of 353 invitations.
Of these, 218 were sent to candidates under the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP), while 135 went to applicants through the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
As of February 19, 2025, all applicants to the NLPNP and AIP must submit their applications through the new Immigration Accelerator platform. So far, the province has invited 2,604 candidates in 2025.
