On April 4, 2024, the City of Greater Sudbury held a new round of invitations in the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) Program.
In this round, the city considered 43 candidates, including 36 via the Conventional Stream, five under the Limited Stream, and two through the Francophone Stream.
The minimum score for these draws was 195, 195, and 245, respectively. This year, Sudbury invited a total of 327 applicants. So far, the city has recommended around 710 individuals under the RNIP since the program's launch.
