New measures for foreign nationals with expired or expiring post-graduation work permits and applicants to the temporary resident to permanent resident pathways
14th, Mar 2023
The provincial Government of New Brunswick issued 93 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) via two Express Entry streams.
Seven ITAs have been issued under the New Brunswick Employment Connection (EC) program, while 86 ITAs have been issued through the Express Entry Occupations In-Demand Connection (OIDC) program.
In addition, the province granted 51 Post-Graduate Work Permits (PGWP) for international students who graduated from the province's Designated Learning Institutions (DLI). Applying for a Post-Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) through the NB Student Connection program is simple, as applicants do not need a job offer but must complete their studies within the last six months, live in New Brunswick, and actively look for work. #New_Brunswick, #ITA, #NBPNP, #PGWP, #international_students, #PR, #Express_Entry, #DLI, #OIDC
