On December 21, 2023, Manitoba held a new invitation round in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).

In round #204, the MPNP held a new draw under the Skilled Worker Overseas (SWO) stream and issued 1,113 LAAs to eligible candidates (529 to Express Entry candidates).

The lowest score in the SWO category was 601 points, 113 points fewer than in the previous draw.

In this draw, the province invited fully licensed professionals working in regulated occupations in Manitoba. In 2023, MPNP invited 15,963 candidates, and 4,403 received invitations in the Express Entry.
