On March 14, 2023, the Government of Canada published processing instructions regarding the temporary special measures to support Iranian temporary residents living, working, or studying in Canada.
To help support Canadian citizens and permanent residents residing in Iran, the measures have granted fee waivers on travel documents to help facilitate their travel.
