23rd, Mar 2022
On March 22, 2022, the Government of Canada introduced program delivery instructions (PDIs) to provide operational instructions related to temporary measures to support persons directly affected by the situation in Ukraine.
According to the special measures, Canada will urgently process travel documents for Canadians, permanent residents, and their immediate family members; prioritize the processing of
citizenship grants for adoptions, and permanent and temporary residence applications, as well as the renewal of work and study permits applications from Ukrainians currently in Canada.
