On August 9, 2021, the Government of Ontario announced that the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) opened the Masters Graduate and PhD Graduate Streams. The province will keep the expression of interest (EOI) system open throughout the year and eligible applicants can register an EOI at any time.
