7 Smart Strategies to Avoid Visitor Visa Rejection
9th, Jan 2024
Effective from January 1, 2024, the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program implemented a few changes to the New Brunswick Skilled Worker Stream:
Firstly, ITAs will continue to be issued to in-province candidates who hold a qualifying job offer, provided they have demonstrated a minimum of six months residency in New Brunswick.
Secondly, out-of-province and overseas candidates will only receive ITAs if their qualifying job offer falls under NOC TEER 5.
Lastly, no new ITAs will be issued to any out-of-province or overseas candidates whose job offer falls under NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4.
