According to the guideline, newcomers and prospective immigrants should make sure that they are not required to hire an immigration representative to make an application.

If applicants want to receive help from a consultant, they should ensure that they work with licensed Citizenship Consultants.

In addition, the Government warned that Government employees never contact candidates or ask for payment to avoid arrest or deportation.
