On October 27, 2021, the Government of Quebec published the ministerial orders that include the rules and the maximum number of applications to receive under the province’s Program for Refugees Abroad and Collective Sponsorship, the Entrepreneur program, as well as the Self-employed Worker program.
In addition, new rules and program quotas were introduced for food processing workers, orderlies, and workers in the artificial intelligence sphere under the three permanent immigration pilot programs.
These instructions are applicable for applications submitted by economic immigration candidates and the undertaking applications submitted under the Program for Refugees Abroad (Collective Sponsorship).
