On January 18, 2022, the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador invited employers to become designated for the new Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
Regardless of prior use and familiarity with the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP), all employers are required to become designated to participate in the AIP.
Employers are advised to check the eligibility requirements and complete free training offered by the Government of Canada, as well as participate in the information sessions on the AIP for employers and prospective newcomers.
