On December 21, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) published a program delivery update in the Home Child Care Provider Pilot and Home Support Worker Pilot.

The update clarifies the instructions putting an application into the process, Processing time, Language skills must be demonstrated in one evaluation,

Pathways now identified as Category A & B. In addition, IRCC released additional instructions for proof of work experience in regards to the issuance of the occupation-restricted open work permit
