Canadian Provincial Immigration Sees Turbulent Shifts in 2025

On March 25, 2022, the Government of Canada announced that ACCES Employment, a service provider organization helps Afghan refugees find a job in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
To date, ACCES has held 7 virtual job fairs for Afghan nationals to explore their work and settlement interests, and many Afghan newcomers have received job offers.
The organization will expand its reach beyond the GTA, working with TalentPool in Calgary to deliver larger-scale job fairs across Canada. So far, Canada has accepted 9,560 Afghan refugees.
