This is dealing with NOC 4411 and 4412 codes under the program released June 18,2019

These two Pilot Programs were created to give Home child Care Providers and Home Support workers a direct means to Permanent Residence in Canada

Either one of these programs can be a pathway to permanent residency in Canada if you

1. Meet the eligibility requirements
2. Have a valid job offer from a employer in one of these occupations

If you qualify you can get an open work permit for Canada and work temporarily. Under this open work permit you need to know

1. It is restricted to that specific occupation
2. It doesn’t need a LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment)
3. Helps you get the work experience you require to apply for your permanent residence

You should also be aware that if you recently worked in Canada as a home child care provider or support worker your experience may be countable and make you eligible for Permanent residence.
