Newfoundland and Labrador conducted a modest immigration draw on November 4, 2026, issuing just 25 Invitations to Apply (ITA). This represents the smallest round of selections for the province so far this year.
Of the total invitations issued, 24 were distributed under the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP), while one invitation was processed through the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).
Despite the low volume of invitations in this specific draw, the province continues to utilize these programs to address targeted labor market needs. The draw remains a small, focused effort to welcome new immigrants to the region.

On November 5, 2026, Manitoba held the invitation round #283 under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
The province invited 448 candidates under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba (SMW) stream, targeting candidates working in the manufacturing, natural resources, agriculture and related production occupations. Additionally, the province invited 78 Skilled Worker Stream candidates.
In this round, the MPNP extended 49 invitations to candidates with a valid Express Entry profile number and a job seeker validation code. In 2026, the MPNP invited 9,053 candidates, and 2,552 of them received invitations in the Express Entry system.

On October 22, 2026, Manitoba held the invitation round #282 under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). The province invited 1,247 candidates under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba (SMW) stream, including 734 candidates under the Completed post-secondary study in Manitoba pathway and 513 top-scoring candidates.
Additionally, the province invited 57 Skilled Worker Stream candidates.
In this round, the MPNP extended 353 invitations to candidates with a valid Express Entry profile number and a job seeker validation code. In 2026, the MPNP invited 8,527 candidates, and 2,503 of them received invitations in the Express Entry system.

On October 20, 2026, British Columbia held new draws under the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BCPNP) entrepreneur streams.
The province issued 10 invitations under the Entrepreneur Immigration Base stream, designed for experienced entrepreneurs seeking to start a new business or acquire an existing one in British Columbia.
In addition, British Columbia invited up to five candidates under the Entrepreneur Immigration Regional stream. The minimum score for both streams was 118 points. So far in 2026, the province has issued up to 6,492 invitations under the BCPNP, including up to 159 to entrepreneur candidates.
