face eight counts under The Foreign Worker Recruitment and Immigration Services Act and The Immigration Services Act. The charges stem from incidents at the Swift Current Husky Travel Centre between September 2023 and August 2025.

Allegations include exploiting foreign workers' trust, taking advantage of their lack of experience, and illegally charging employees job-related fees. The Program Compliance Branch oversees these enforcement efforts to protect foreign workers across the province.
