LMIA Work Permits in Winnipeg: What Employers and Foreign Workers Need to Know

On March 16, 2022, the Government of New Brunswick announced that Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP) Holders who have completed their studies outside of the province will be eligible to apply for the NB Express Entry Stream.
Starting April 1st, 2022, PGWP-holders who possess a job offer from an NB employer in a NOC that is related to their field of study can apply for permanent residency in the province.
Candidates who want to live and work in the province and meet all requirements for each stage of the Express Entry Stream are encouraged to submit their applications for PR.
