Canadian Provincial Immigration Sees Turbulent Shifts in 2025
5th, Jun 2023
On April 3, 2022, the Government of New Brunswick updated its guidelines for applicants of the Skilled Worker Stream.
This economic immigration pathway is designed for individuals who wish to reside in and establish themselves economically in New Brunswick.
The program is intended for workers possessing the skills, education, and work experience necessary to contribute to the province's economy.
The Skilled Worker Stream is not intended for family reunification, protected persons, or humanitarian and compassionate reasons; instead, it aims to assist employers in hiring foreign nationals and international graduates to fill job vacancies in New Brunswick.
